The Housing and Meal Plan Information Packet provides:
It is possible to request the roommate(s) of your choice, and rooms where all participants agree to live together may be mixed-gender. For participants who do not specify a roommate, all rooms will be booked with men and women in separate rooms.
**Linens are NOT provided. You will need to bring your own bedding, pillow and towels. (If you are unable to bring your own linens, the Summer Arts office may have low-cost bedding you can purchase. Please call the Summer Arts office for more information.) There is free on-site laundry in each building, but detergent is not provided.
Meals
ALL ON-CAMPUS HOUSING INCLUDES A MEAL PLAN. The meal plan provides a wide variety menu, including many vegetarian options, three meals per day. It is not possible to purchase a meal plan without staying on campus, but single meals will be available for purchase at the dining hall.

Reservation
Space is limited. Housing and Meal Plan reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and payment in full is required prior to arrival. The deadlines to submit your Housing and Meal Plan Reservation Form are:
Note: Payment MUST be made by money order or cashier's check or credit card ONLY. Personal checks and cash are NOT accepted. In order to pay with a credit card, please call the Summer Arts office and they will take your credit card information over the phone. All other payments must be sent to the Housing & Residential Life address on the Housing and Meal Plan Reservation Form. Do not send your reservation form or payment to the Summer Arts registration office.
Note: If you are applying for or have received a scholarship you must still make a housing reservation, as scholarships seldom cover housing.

- information on the opening day orientation and the first day check-in schedule
